Dance
Simon Fournier is a writer, director, performer, arts mediator and co-director. His career spans theatre, dance and circus, with a practice firmly rooted in physical performance and creation. He has collaborated with numerous companies and artists, including Dave St-Pierre, Théâtre I.N.K., Philippe Boutin and Heather Lynn MacDonald. With La marche du crabe, he also develops work for young audiences, blending theatre, movement and improvisation. Together with Sandy Bessette, he creates cultural mediation projects while continuing a writing practice informed by site-specific theatre, neighbourhood life and the passing on of knowledge.
