Founding member of Impro-Mime

Solo Fugère is an actor, creator and movement artist. He trained at the École de mime de Montréal and then studied acting at UQAM’s École supérieure de théâtre. He also has a university background in philosophy and literature. His career spans text-based theatre, physical theatre and original creation, including work with Omnibus, Porte Parole and Théâtre I.N.K. As a performer in works such as Fredy and Faire la leçon, he is particularly interested in acting that gives the body, gesture and thought a full role in shaping character and scene.
